About

In 2013 I was on spring break with my family in Florida, and myslef and my older brother were frustrated with mainstream teenage job options. In order to avoid these employments we came up with the idea to start a food truck. Because of our European backgrounds we grew up eating crêpes as our sweet treats, and we decided that they would be a great addition to Peoria. After days of brainstorming and spitballing, we had the basis of a business plan and we were ready to execute. We were up and running by the beginning of June of that year. Ever since then it has been the entirety of my summers, growing bigger and better every year. Our airstream is old, but it has character and myself all of the employees love it too. If you're looking for delicious, good quality, and traditional crêpes, we are definitely the place to go! We look forward to seeing you!

Happy days!

-Stella Khazzam

(co-owner and manager)

This is the big ol' bus that we all love so much! It just got a paint job last summer and it looks great! We love hanging out in here and spending time together while dancing along to our music. Our motto is "Happy Days!" and it fits perfectly because everyday in this bus is a happy one. Each crêpe is made with joy and smiles... which of course makes all the difference!

These are the Khazzam family siblings, Stella (left), Nico (middle), and Matteo (right). I, Stella, was 13 when we first started in 2013, Nico was 17, and Matteo was 8. When we started, we, and a couple of close friends, were the only workers. Matteo would deliver the crêpes on rollerblades while Nico and I cooked inside the bus. As the past 3 summers have flown by, Nico has gone off to college (we miss him dearly) and Matteo is too busy to work- so I am the remaining sibling and I have 4 amazing employees: Taylor, Danielle, Bella, and Jordan.

***Please note:

Wholly Crêpe is a seasonal business and we are only open during the summers and special occasions as of now.
